How does the bond between music and emotions come about? In what ways do musical experiences influence our identity and contribute to social and cultural changes? These are some of the themes at the center of the upcoming meeting of the Reading Group, scheduled to be held on the first floor of Villa Olivi.

The evening will be an opportunity to discuss the role of music in individual and collective life, starting from three books: Let’s Talk About Music by Stefano Bollani, How Music Works by David Byrne, and This Is Your Brain on Music: The Science of a Human Obsession by Daniel Levitin.

A moment of reading and open dialogue to share ideas, explore different perspectives, and discover new ways to listen to and understand music.
