Dopo un excursus sulla mostra Trame d'Impresa, che presenta alcune tra le realtà che hanno reso grande la Pianura Veronese, il percorso in bici porterà alla scoperta di due aziende significative del territorio di Bovolone: Vivai Ghellere, testimone della tradizione agricola, e Martini Mobili, esempio di sviluppo artigianale e industriale.
