La giornata si apre alle 9.00 con “Cronache di campagna: pedalando tra le corti di Bovolone”, una pedalata alla scoperta del paesaggio rurale e della storia agricola del territorio, con tappe a Corte Poiana al Bosco, Corte Cappello Florio e Corte Lucato. Prevista anche una merenda. Prenotazione obbligatoria; disponibili biciclette del Festival e una bici inclusiva tandem affiancato.
Dalle 12.30 alle 14.30 “La Pianura in tavola” propone un pranzo degustazione con cuochi, produttori locali e Slow Food Valli Grandi Veronesi, per conoscere e assaporare le eccellenze del territorio. Prenotazione obbligatoria.
Nel pomeriggio, dalle 15.00 alle 16.30, due proposte: la visita animata a Corte Poiana al Bosco, dedicata alla storia della corte e alla tradizionale lavorazione del riso, oppure “Dalle terre alla pittura”, laboratorio per scoprire pigmenti e antiche tecniche pittoriche attraverso la sperimentazione diretta.
Alle 17.00 “Sull’aia e sull’acqua. Una galzega contemporanea” chiuderà il Festival con un’azione scenica che unisce teatro, danza, musica e partecipazione. Un percorso tra gli spazi della villa culminerà sull’aia, trasformando memoria e tradizioni popolari in una festa condivisa.
A seguire, brindisi con prodotti del territorio per i partecipanti allo spettacolo.
The day opens at 9.00 a.m. with “Chronicles of the Countryside: cycling through the courts of Bovolone”, a bike ride to discover the rural landscape and agricultural history of the area, with stops at Corte Poiana al Bosco, Corte Cappello Florio, and Corte Lucato. A snack is also provided. Reservation is required; bicycles from the Festival are available along with an inclusive tandem bike.
From 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m. “The Plain on the Table” offers a tasting lunch with chefs, local producers, and Slow Food Valli Grandi Veronesi, to learn about and savor the region's excellence. Reservation is required.
In the afternoon, from 3.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., there are two options: the animated visit to Corte Poiana al Bosco, dedicated to the history of the courtyard and the traditional processing of rice, or “From the Lands to Painting”, a workshop to discover pigments and ancient painting techniques through direct experimentation.
At 5.00 p.m. “On the Threshing Floor and on Water. A Contemporary Galzega” will close the Festival with a scenic action that combines theater, dance, music, and participation. A journey through the villa's spaces will culminate on the threshing floor, transforming memory and popular traditions into a shared celebration.
Following this, toasting with local products for the participants of the show.
Der Tag beginnt um 9.00 Uhr mit „Cronache di campagna: pedalando tra le corti di Bovolone“, einer Radtour zur Entdeckung der ländlichen Landschaft und der landwirtschaftlichen Geschichte der Region, mit Haltestellen an Corte Poiana al Bosco, Corte Cappello Florio und Corte Lucato. Auch ein Snack ist vorgesehen. Anmeldung erforderlich; Fahrräder des Festivals sowie ein inklusives Tandem stehen zur Verfügung.
Von 12.30 bis 14.30 Uhr bietet „La Pianura in tavola“ ein Degustationsmittagessen mit Köchen, lokalen Produzenten und Slow Food Valli Grandi Veronesi, um die Exzellenzen der Region kennenzulernen und zu schmecken. Anmeldung erforderlich.
Am Nachmittag, von 15.00 bis 16.30 Uhr, gibt es zwei Angebote: die lebendige Führung durch Corte Poiana al Bosco, die der Geschichte des Hofes und der traditionellen Reisverarbeitung gewidmet ist, oder „Dalle terre alla pittura“, ein Workshop, um Pigmente und alte Maltechniken durch direkte Experimente zu entdecken.
Um 17.00 Uhr wird „Sull’aia e sull’acqua. Eine zeitgenössische Galzega“ das Festival mit einer szenischen Aktion abschließen, die Theater, Tanz, Musik und Teilnahme vereint. Ein Rundgang durch die Räumlichkeiten der Villa wird auf der Wiese gipfeln und Erinnerungen und volkstümliche Traditionen in ein gemeinsames Fest verwandeln.
Im Anschluss gibt es einen Prost mit Produkten aus der Region für die Teilnehmer der Vorstellung.
