Il concerto del 19 settembre nella suggestiva Corte di Palazzo Francescon a Mel di Borgo Valbelluna (BL) riunisce due storiche realtà del panorama corale veneto: il Coro Val Canzoi, fondato nel 1965 e da sempre impegnato nella ricerca e valorizzazione del canto popolare, e il Coro Castel, attivo dal 1966 e riconosciuto per la qualità interpretativa e la varietà del repertorio, dalla tradizione orale alla polifonia sacra.
Il Coro Val Canzoi, diretto da Fabrizio Mason, ha costruito negli anni un patrimonio musicale unico, frutto di raccolte sul territorio veneto e di numerose elaborazioni, che hanno contribuito a definire uno stile originale e riconoscibile.
Premi, incisioni e pubblicazioni testimoniano un percorso artistico che continua a rinnovarsi.

The concert on September 19 in the enchanting courtyard of Palazzo Francescon in Mel di Borgo Valbelluna (BL) brings together two historic realities of the choral landscape in Veneto: the Coro Val Canzoi, founded in 1965 and always committed to the research and enhancement of popular singing, and the Coro Castel, active since 1966 and recognized for its interpretive quality and variety of repertoire, from oral tradition to sacred polyphony.

September im malerischen Innenhof des Palazzo Francescon in Mel di Borgo Valbelluna (BL) vereint zwei historische Realitäten des venezianischen Chorgesangs: den Coro Val Canzoi, gegründet 1965 und seit jeher engagiert in der Forschung und Wertschätzung des Volksgesangs, und den Coro Castel, aktiv seit 1966 und anerkannt für die interpretative Qualität und die Vielfalt des Repertoires, von der mündlichen Tradition bis zur sakralen Polyphonie.
