Al via la sesta edizione dei Concerti nel Borgo, con la proposta di tre appuntamenti musicali nel territorio di Borgo Valbelluna.
Si comincia venerdì 31 luglio nel giardino di Palazzo Francescon a Mel con il Cuerdas Trio, ensemble che propone un repertorio di musica tradizionale centramericana con strumenti tipici (charango, cuatro, setar) e con un approccio classico. il repertorio unisce canti popolari riarrangiati per trio e musica originale ispirata alla tradizione andina. Il loro esordio, “Gentile”, del 2025 è stato inserito nei migliori esordi dell’anno da Radio3, e i Cuerdas si sono esibiti in tutta Italia riscuotendo un ottimo apprezzamento.
Si prosegue giovedì 6 agosto nella suggestiva atmosfera del Castello di Zumelle dove si esibirà Krano, cantautore che è salito alla ribalta del grande pubblico firmando la colonna sonora del film Le Città di Pianura, vincitore di 8 David di Donatello, tra cui quello per la miglior canzone con il brano “Ti”. A Zumelle proporrà un repertorio a metà tra folk, blues e psichedelia.
In chiusura, il 27 agosto presso la piazzetta di Colderù, i Vaganto, gruppo bellunese che porta nelle piazze la musica tradizionale dell’Est e del Nord, passando dalla tradizione balcanica al klezmer alle danze scandinave. Concerto ideale per le danze, ma anche per un ascolto attento.
I concerti sono ad ingresso libero e gratuito. In caso di maltempo, si terranno presso l’Auditorium Ex-Chiesa di San Pietro a Mel.
The sixth edition of Concerts in the Village is underway, with a proposal of three musical events in the territory of Borgo Valbelluna.
The event begins on Friday, July 31 in the garden of Palazzo Francescon in Mel with the Cuerdas Trio, an ensemble that offers a repertoire of traditional Central American music with typical instruments (charango, cuatro, setar) and a classical approach. The repertoire combines rearranged folk songs for trio and original music inspired by Andean tradition. Their debut, “Gentile”, from 2025 was included in the best debuts of the year by Radio3, and the Cuerdas have performed throughout Italy receiving excellent acclaim.
Continuing on Thursday, August 6 in the evocative atmosphere of the Castello di Zumelle where Krano, a singer-songwriter who gained popularity by composing the soundtrack for the film Le Città di Pianura, winner of 8 David di Donatello awards, including for best song with the track “Ti”, will perform. In Zumelle, he will present a repertoire that blends folk, blues, and psychedelia.
To conclude, on August 27 at the small square of Colderù, the Vaganto, a Belluno-based group that brings traditional Eastern and Northern European music to the squares, transitioning from Balkan tradition to klezmer to Scandinavian dances. A concert ideal for dancing, but also for attentive listening.
The concerts are free and open to the public. In case of bad weather, they will be held at the Auditorium Ex-Chiesa di San Pietro in Mel.
Die sechste Ausgabe der Konzerte im Borgo beginnt mit drei musikalischen Veranstaltungen im Gebiet von Borgo Valbelluna.
Am Freitag, den 31. Juli im Garten von Palazzo Francescon in Mel tritt das Cuerdas Trio auf, ein Ensemble, das ein Repertoire traditioneller zentralamerikanischer Musik mit typischen Instrumenten (Charango, Cuatro, Setar) und einem klassischen Ansatz bietet. Das Repertoire vereint Volkslieder, die für das Trio bearbeitet wurden, und Originalmusik, die von der andinen Tradition inspiriert ist. Ihr Debütalbum, “Gentile”, aus dem Jahr 2025 wurde von Radio3 zu den besten Debüts des Jahres gewählt, und die Cuerdas haben in ganz Italien Auftritte gehabt und hervorragende Anerkennung erhalten.
Weiter geht es am Donnerstag, den 6. August in der eindrucksvollen Atmosphäre des Castello di Zumelle, wo Krano auftreten wird, ein Singer-Songwriter, der mit dem Soundtrack des Films Le Città di Pianura, der 8 David di Donatello gewonnen hat, darunter den für das beste Lied mit dem Stück “Ti”, in den Fokus der breiten Öffentlichkeit gerückt ist. In Zumelle wird er ein Repertoire präsentieren, das zwischen Folk, Blues und Psychodelie schwankt.
Zum Abschluss am 27. August findet in der Piazzetta von Colderù das Konzert der Vaganto statt, einer Belluneser Gruppe, die traditionelle Musik aus dem Osten und Norden in die Plätze bringt und von der Balkantradition über Klezmer bis hin zu skandinavischen Tänzen reicht. Ein ideales Konzert zum Tanzen, aber auch für aufmerksames Zuhören.
