Il carnevale è periodo di trasgressioni, divertimenti, feste in maschera, merende, leccornie per tutti i bambini...e tanta musica ed intrattenimento!
Il Carnevale di Bardolino è il trionfo di “Bacco e Arianna" ed è uno dei più famosi Canti di Carnevale del 1490 di Lorenzo De Medici. Festeggia la vittoria del carro mascherato di Bacco accompagnato dal suo seguito: Arianna, ninfe e satiri. Il canto de "Il trionfo di Bacco e Arianna" descrive la storia mitologica dell'amore di Bacco e Arianna con i dispettosi satiri che tendono agguati alle ninfee.
Nel mito si ritrova anche un leggero rimpianto per la fuggevolezza della gioventù con l’invito a godere di ogni ora che passa.
Il senso generale della festa carnevalesca legata a questo mito è che "del doman non v'è certezza", quindi vale la pena vivere in pieno la festa del presente.

The Bardolino Carnival is the triumph of 'Bacchus and Ariadne' and is one of the most famous carnival songs from 1490 by Lorenzo De Medici. It celebrates the victory of the masked float of Bacchus accompanied by his retinue: Ariadne, nymphs and satyrs. The song 'The Triumph of Bacchus and Ariadne' describes the mythological story of Bacchus and Ariadne's love with the mischievous satyrs ambushing the nymphs. The myth also contains a slight regret for the fleeting nature of youth with an invitation to enjoy every passing hour. The general sense of the carnival festivity associated with this myth is that 'del doman non c'è certezza' ('there is no certainty of tomorrow'), so it is worthwhile to live to the full in the present. Der Karneval von Bardolino ist der Triumph von "Bacchus und Ariadne" und ist eines der berühmtesten Karnevalslieder aus dem Jahr 1490 von Lorenzo De Medici. Es feiert den Sieg des Maskenwagens von Bacchus in Begleitung seines Gefolges: Ariadne, Nymphen und Satyrn. Der Gesang "Der Triumph von Bacchus und Ariadne" beschreibt die mythologische Geschichte der Liebe von Bacchus und Ariadne, wobei die boshaften Satyrn den Nymphen auflauern. Der Mythos enthält auch ein leichtes Bedauern über die Vergänglichkeit der Jugend und eine Aufforderung, jede Stunde zu genießen. Der allgemeine Sinn des mit diesem Mythos verbundenen Karnevalsfestes ist, dass "del doman non c'è certezza" (von morgen gibt es keine Gewissheit), so dass es sich lohnt, die Festlichkeit der Gegenwart in vollen Zügen zu genießen.
