L’Automotoclub Storico Italiano nasce il 25 settembre del 1966 a Bardolino, in provincia di Verona, dalla fusione del Veteran Car Club d’Italia, con sede in Torino, e la FIAME, con sede in Milano, ponendo fin dall’origine la propria sede legale presso il Museo Nazionale dell’Automobile di Torino.
Oggi, l’Automotoclub Storico Italiano rappresenta istituzionalmente il motorismo storico italiano presso tutti gli organismi competenti, nazionali ed internazionali. Sono Soci dell’Ente Federale le associazioni non commerciali e senza scopo di lucro, con fini analoghi a quelli dell’ASI, e i Registri di marca e di modello.
L’ASI, statutariamente, sostiene e tutela gli interessi generali della motorizzazione storica italiana, valorizzandone l’importanza culturale, storica e sociale. Promuove la conservazione ed il recupero di qualsiasi veicolo a motore che abbia compiuto vent’anni (autoveicoli, motoveicoli, ciclomotori, veicoli militari, macchine agricole e industriali, veicoli commerciali, natanti e aeroplani), valorizzandone l’aspetto culturale, che deriva dal fatto che questi mezzi sono stati protagonisti attivi e insostituibili della storia del Ventesimo secolo, esprimendone l’evoluzione tecnica, di costume e sociale.
Dalle ore 9 alle ore 22 il Lungolago di Bardolino ospita l' esposizione di veicoli, moto, biciclette e imbarcazioni in legno certificate Targa Oro ASI.
The Italian Historic Automoto Club was founded on September 25, 1966, in Bardolino, in the province of Verona, from the merger of the Veteran Car Club of Italy, based in Turin, and FIAME, based in Milan, establishing its legal headquarters at the National Automobile Museum in Turin from the very beginning.
Today, the Italian Historic Automoto Club institutionally represents Italian historical motoring before all competent bodies, both national and international. Non-commercial and non-profit associations with aims similar to those of ASI, as well as brand and model registries, are members of the Federal Entity.
Statutorily, ASI supports and protects the general interests of Italian historical motoring, enhancing its cultural, historical, and social importance. It promotes the preservation and recovery of any motor vehicle that is over twenty years old (automobiles, motorcycles, mopeds, military vehicles, agricultural and industrial machines, commercial vehicles, boats, and airplanes), emphasizing its cultural aspect, which stems from the fact that these vehicles were active and irreplaceable protagonists of the twentieth century's history, reflecting its technical, cultural, and social evolution.
From 9 AM to 10 PM, the lakeside of Bardolino hosts the exhibition of vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, and wooden boats certified with the ASI Gold Plate.
Der Automotoclub Storico Italiano wurde am 25. September 1966 in Bardolino, in der Provinz Verona, aus der Fusion des Veteran Car Club d’Italia mit Sitz in Turin und der FIAME mit Sitz in Mailand gegründet und hat von Anfang an seinen Rechtssitz im Nationalmuseum für Automobile in Turin.
Heute repräsentiert der Automotoclub Storico Italiano institutionell das italienische historische Automobilwesen bei allen zuständigen nationalen und internationalen Organisationen. Mitglieder des Föderalverbandes sind die gemeinnützigen, nicht-kommerziellen Verbände mit ähnlichen Zielen wie die ASI sowie die Marken- und Modellsammlungen.
Die ASI unterstützt und schützt statutmäßig die allgemeinen Interessen der italienischen historischen Motorisierung und hebt deren kulturelle, historische und soziale Bedeutung hervor. Sie fördert die Erhaltung und Wiederherstellung von jedem motorisierten Fahrzeug, das älter als zwanzig Jahre ist (PKW, Motorräder, Mofas, Militärfahrzeuge, landwirtschaftliche und industrielle Maschinen, Nutzfahrzeuge, Wasserfahrzeuge und Flugzeuge) und wertschätzt den kulturellen Aspekt, der sich daraus ergibt, dass diese Fahrzeuge aktive und unersetzliche Protagonisten der Geschichte des 20. Jahrhunderts waren, die technische, gesellschaftliche und kulturelle Entwicklungen ausdrücken.
Von 9 bis 22 Uhr findet am Lungolago in Bardolino die Ausstellung von Fahrzeugen, Motorrädern, Fahrrädern und Holzbooten mit dem ASI Targa Oro Zertifikat statt.
