Prendersi cura nel Fine Vita
Il convegno intende esplorare i diversi approcci necessari per promuovere una cultura del fine vita che sappia rispettare le volontà della persona, rispondere ai suoi bisogni e offrire adeguato supporto anche ai familiari.

Info per iscrizioni:
Apertura iscrizioni: 15 aprile - Termine iscrizioni: 12 maggio
L’iscrizione deve essere effettuata tramite l’App DEEP ECM, scaricabile sul proprio cellulare da Apple Store o Google Play, seguendo la seguente procedura:
- Creare il proprio account con username (e-mail) e password
- Fare il login inserendo il PIN evento: qb26a
- Fare l’iscrizione inserendo i dati richiesti (in home page, click su ISCRIZIONE)
- Terminata la procedura sopra descritta, cliccando su “ISCRIZIONE” in home page sarà possibile visualizzare il QR CODE da mostrare all’ingresso e in uscita del convegno per la registrazione della presenza. Dalla sezione ECM in home page sarà possibile compilare il questionario di gradimento, effettuare il test ECM finale alla fine del convegno per i 3 gg successivi e scaricare l’attestato di partecipazione e l’attestato ECM.
- È inoltre possibile prenotare il pranzo (quota € 15.00 da pagarsi in loco), al momento dell’iscrizione in APP.

Registration must be completed through the DEEP ECM App, downloadable on your mobile from the Apple Store or Google Play, by following the procedure below:
- Create your account with username (email) and password
- Log in using the event PIN: qb26a
- Register by entering the required information (on the home page, click on REGISTRATION)
- Once the above procedure is complete, by clicking on “REGISTRATION” on the home page you will be able to display the QR CODE to show at the entrance and exit of the conference for attendance registration. From the ECM section on the home page, you will be able to fill out the satisfaction questionnaire, take the final ECM test at the end of the conference for the next 3 days and download the participation certificate and the ECM certificate.
- It is also possible to reserve lunch (fee € 15.00 to be paid on site), at the time of registration in the APP.

Info zur Anmeldung:
Anmeldestart: 15. April - Anmeldeschluss: 12. Mai
Die Anmeldung muss über die App DEEP ECM erfolgen, die auf dem eigenen Handy aus dem Apple Store oder Google Play heruntergeladen werden kann, indem Sie folgendem Verfahren folgen:
- Ein Konto mit Benutzername (E-Mail) und Passwort erstellen
- Login mit dem Veranstaltungs-PIN: qb26a durchführen
- Die Anmeldung vornehmen, indem die erforderlichen Daten eingegeben werden (auf der Startseite, klicken Sie auf ANMELDUNG)
- Nach Abschluss des oben beschriebenen Verfahrens kann durch Klicken auf „ANMELDUNG“ auf der Startseite der QR-Code angezeigt werden, der beim Ein- und Ausgang der Konferenz zur Anwesenheitsregistrierung vorgelegt werden muss. In dem ECM-Bereich auf der Startseite besteht die Möglichkeit, den Zufriedenheitsfragebogen auszufüllen, den abschließenden ECM-Test am Ende der Konferenz in den folgenden 3 Tagen durchzuführen und das Teilnahmezertifikat sowie das ECM-Zertifikat herunterzuladen.
- Es ist auch möglich, das Mittagessen (Kosten € 15,00, zahlbar vor Ort) bei der Anmeldung in der APP zu reservieren.
