MADE IN MALGA ’26 - 14^ edizione
Due week-end "gustosi" dedicati alle bontà della montagna.
Made in Malga nasce dall'idea dello Staff di Guru Comunicazione e del Consorzio Tutela Formaggio Asiago, con l'obiettivo di promuovere la cultura e il valore dell'agricoltura di montagna legata alla produzione casearia. La manifestazione si svolge in collaborazione con le Comunità dell'Altopiano di Asiago ed ospita i migliori formaggi di montagna italiani. Quest’anno, giunta alla dodicesima edizione, si terrà dal 4 al 6 e dal 11 al 13 settembre.
Un'occasione unica per scoprire, tra le vie del Centro di Asiago, formaggi e tante altre bontà prodotte ad alta quota. Come nelle scorse edizioni, Made in Malga 2026 offrirà ai visitatori un'ampia gamma di appuntamenti per trascorrere giornate intense all'insegna dei sapori della montagna: mostra mercato dei produttori, masterclass e degustazioni guidate con formaggi abbinati a vini estremi, laboratori artigianali, escursioni nelle montagne dell'Altopiano di Asiago 7 Comuni, la grande Osteria di montagna con piatti tradizionali a base di formaggio, incontri culturali e proiezioni di film a tema. In contemporanea, nei giardini di Piazza Carli, ritorna il Mountain Beer Festival dedicato alle birre artigianali di montagna.
Nel corso degli anni, la manifestazione è diventata un appuntamento fisso, imprescindibilmente legato al nome dell'Altopiano di Asiago, capace di richiamare appassionati dell'arte casearia da tutta Italia.

Two "tasty" weekends dedicated to the delights of the mountains.
Made in Malga was born from the idea of the Staff at Guru Comunicazione and the Consortium for the Protection of Asiago Cheese, with the aim of promoting the culture and value of mountain agriculture connected to dairy production. The event takes place in collaboration with the Communities of the Asiago Plateau and features the best Italian mountain cheeses. This year, in its twelfth edition, it will be held from September 4 to 6 and from September 11 to 13.
A unique opportunity to discover, among the streets of the Center of Asiago, cheeses and many other delicacies produced at high altitude. As in previous editions, Made in Malga 2026 will offer visitors a wide range of events for intense days dedicated to the flavors of the mountains: a market exhibition of producers, masterclasses and guided tastings with cheeses paired with extreme wines, artisan workshops, excursions in the mountains of the Asiago 7 Communities Plateau, the great Mountain Tavern with traditional cheese-based dishes, cultural meetings and themed film screenings. Simultaneously, in the gardens of Piazza Carli, the Mountain Beer Festival dedicated to craft beers from the mountains returns.
Over the years, the event has become a staple, inherently linked to the name of the Asiago Plateau, capable of attracting cheese enthusiasts from all over Italy.

Zwei "schmackhafte" Wochenenden, die den Köstlichkeiten der Berge gewidmet sind.
Made in Malga entstand aus der Idee des Teams von Guru Comunicazione und des Konsortiums zum Schutz des Asiago-Käses, mit dem Ziel, die Kultur und den Wert der Berglandwirtschaft, die mit der Käseproduktion verbunden ist, zu fördern. Die Veranstaltung findet in Zusammenarbeit mit den Gemeinden des Hochplateaus von Asiago statt und präsentiert die besten italienischen Bergkäse. In diesem Jahr, zur zwölften Auflage, wird sie vom 4. bis 6. und vom 11. bis 13. September stattfinden.
Eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, zwischen den Straßen im Zentrum von Asiago Käse und viele andere Köstlichkeiten aus höheren Lagen zu entdecken. Wie in den vergangenen Ausgaben wird Made in Malga 2026 den Besuchern ein breites Angebot an Veranstaltungen bieten, um intensive Tage im Zeichen der Berggeschmäcker zu verbringen: Verkaufsmesse der Produzenten, Masterclasses und geführte Verkostungen mit Käse, die mit extremen Weinen kombiniert sind, handwerkliche Workshops, Exkursionen in die Berge des Hochplateaus von Asiago 7 Gemeinden, die große Bergosteria mit traditionellen Käsegerichten, kulturelle Begegnungen und Filmvorführungen zu Themen. Gleichzeitig findet im Garten der Piazza Carli das Mountain Beer Festival statt, das den handwerklichen Bieren aus den Bergen gewidmet ist.
Im Laufe der Jahre ist die Veranstaltung zu einem festen Bestandteil geworden, untrennbar mit dem Namen des Hochplateaus von Asiago verbunden, und zieht Käseliebhaber aus ganz Italien an.
