Dedicata al frutto simbolo di questo territorio, dove i giuggioli vengono coltivati nei campi; le giuggiole vengono utilizzate per realizzare molti prodotti artigianali e casalinghi, dalle confetture, agli sciroppi, al famoso "brodo di giuggiole". Tempo a disposizione per visitare il borgo e la manifestazione, con possibilità di acquistare e assaggiare prodotti a base di giuggiole con gli abbinamenti più insoliti e golosi, tra sbandieratori, figuranti in costume e il tradizionale mercatino.
