Appuntamento con il tango argentino al Teatro Pietro d'Abano. Special guests della serata i maestri e ballerini Edwin Olarte e Francesca Benassi della scuola Tango d’estilo di Reggio Emilia che terrano uno stage gratuito pre-milonga dalle ore 21:00 alle 22:00.
Edwin Olarte danzatore, coreografo e maestro professionista di origine colombiana con esperienza internazionale. Finalista al Campionato Mondiale di Tango (Mundial de Tango) a Buenos Aires e protagonista in tournée artistiche tra Sudamerica ed Europa, unisce una profonda ricerca tecnica sul movimento alla musicalità e all'interpretazione scenica del tango scenografico e di sala. Francesca Benassi fondatrice, presidente e insegnante della scuola Tango d’estilo A.s.d. di Reggio Emilia. Da due anni ha intrapreso l’esperienza nell'insegnamento, nell'organizzazione di eventi e nella promozione della cultura del tango, dedicandosi alla diffusione delle forme classiche e contemporanee della danza porteña. insieme, Edwin e Francesca portano in pista un approccio didattico ed espressivo che fonde eleganza, tecnica precisa e la vibrante energia del tango contemporaneo e tradizionale.

A finalist at the World Tango Championship (Mundial de Tango) in Buenos Aires and a leading figure in artistic tours across South America and Europe, he combines a deep technical exploration of movement with musicality and the scenic interpretation of theatrical and ballroom tango. Francesca Benassi founder, president, and teacher of the Tango d’estilo A.s.d. school in Reggio Emilia. For two years, she has embarked on an experience in teaching, organizing events, and promoting tango culture, dedicating herself to the dissemination of both classic and contemporary forms of porteña dance. Together, Edwin and Francesca bring to the dance floor a didactic and expressive approach that merges elegance, precise technique, and the vibrant energy of both contemporary and traditional tango.
