Gherardo Colombo presents "The Italian Justice in 10 Answers," addressing the central issues of Italian justice through a path structured in ten questions: from the definition and functions of the judiciary to the slowness of trials, from the debated separation of roles between judges and public prosecutors to the delicate balances between transparency and confidentiality.

Libriabano - Autorengespräche, eine Reihe von Begegnungen mit Schriftstellern, Journalisten und Protagonisten der italienischen Kulturszene im Thermal Forum. Gherardo Colombo präsentiert "Die italienische Justiz in 10 Antworten" und thematisiert die zentralen Fragen der italienischen Justiz durch einen in zehn Fragen gegliederten Weg: von der Definition und den Funktionen der Justiz bis hin zur Langsamkeit der Verfahren, von der umstrittenen Trennung der Karrieren zwischen Richtern und Staatsanwälten bis zu den sensiblen Gleichgewichten zwischen Transparenz und Vertraulichkeit.
