La Sagra dei Bigoli a Monterosso di Abano Terme è forse la manifestazione più conosciuta e famosa legata a questo prodotto tipico dei Colli Euganei. I bigoli al torcio DE.CO. (denominazione comunale), fatti al momento e conditi in varie salse, vi aspettano tutte le sere dalle 19:00.
Sono previsti anche: luna park, musica, pesca di beneficenza ed il Bar-Tolomeo con hot-dog, panini con porchetta e birre artigianali!
The Bigoli Festival in Monterosso di Abano Terme is perhaps the most well-known and famous event related to this typical product of the Euganean Hills. The DE.CO. (municipal denomination) bigoli, made on the spot and served with various sauces, await you every evening from 7:00 PM.
There will also be: a carnival, music, charity fishing, and Bar-Tolomeo with hot dogs, sandwiches with porchetta, and craft beers!
