Parlare di fatti storici attuali e scottanti come le vicende malavitose che hanno condotto alla morte di uno dei più importanti giudici italiani qual è stato Giovanni Falcone, non è un’impresa semplice. E non lo è neppure ricrearli attraverso il teatro, scrive la regista. Omertà è un viaggio attraverso l’intreccio di storie così incredibili da non poter sembrare vere quelle di Giovanni Falcone, Tommaso Buscetta, Michele Greco e Totò Riina. 4 personaggi che affrontano, percorrono e sviluppano la loro esistenza nella quale il confine dall’essere vittime o carnefici è molto sottile.

Talking about current and pressing historical events such as the criminal affairs that led to the death of one of the most important Italian judges, Giovanni Falcone, is not a simple task. Nor is recreating them through theater, writes the director. Omertà is a journey through the intertwining stories so incredible that the stories of Giovanni Falcone, Tommaso Buscetta, Michele Greco, and Totò Riina could seem unreal. Four characters who face, traverse, and develop their existence in which the boundary between being victims or perpetrators is very thin.
