Le artiste di questo spettacolo, Antonella Questa, Valentina Melis e Letizia Bravi, hanno sempre avuto qualche difficoltà a stare zitte e lo dimostrano in questi anni i loro tanti spettacoli, video e libri, che affrontano, con ironia e intelligenza, tematiche sociali e anche femministe.
Inevitabile quindi si incontrassero un giorno per dare vita a uno spettacolo comico e dissacrante su quanto la discriminazione di genere passi spesso proprio dal linguaggio.

I married you for joy, it is the first of the eleven comedies by Natalia Ginzburg, written in 1965, three years after her masterpiece “Family Lexicon,” winner of the Strega Prize. An irresistibly comic play for its rhythm and effective dialogues.
Concrete and recognizable characters - like the cursed poet Manolo, the spinster friend Elena, the predator Topazia, and the bigoted aunt Filippa - populate the scene.
A text that, with irony and depth, continues to question the audience about the dynamics of love and couple life.
