Il festival dedicato al mondo del cinema e del documentario Bridge Film Festival torna per la 13° edizione, nelle iconiche location dello scorso anno.
Dal 7 al 12 luglio, le location delle antiche Dogane del Fiume e del Quartiere Filippini sono animate da iniziative uniche, che coinvolgono anche il quartiere Filippini.
Oltre ai film, il programma include incontri con registi e ospiti internazionali, proiezioni parallele, workshop, concerti, performance, mostre e molte altre attività, che si sviluppano attorno al tema di quest'anno, Skincare: voglio una pelle splendida: una provocazion; un concetto a prima vista superficiale si trasforma per aprire vasti orizzonti di senso, scavando nelle profondità dell’essere umano attraverso quel luogo di contatto e separazione dove i segni del nostro essere diventano visibili.
Il cinema contemporaneo ci guiderà tra l’ossessione per i filtri social nell’adolescenza, specchio del mito dell’apparire, e il tabù dell’invecchiamento in una società alla ricerca della giovinezza eterna. Ma la superficie racconta anche storie più profonde: quelle degli stigmi e dei pregiudizi legati al razzismo, che si fermano pigramente all’apparenza, o quelle delle transizioni di genere, dove il corpo cessa di essere una prigione e la pelle diventa lo spazio per manifestare la propria autentica identità.
The festival dedicated to the world of cinema and documentaries, Bridge Film Festival, returns for its 13th edition, in the iconic locations of last year.
From July 7 to 12, the locations of the ancient Customs House by the River and the Filippini Neighborhood are animated by unique initiatives, which also involve the Filippini neighborhood.
In addition to films, the program includes meetings with directors and international guests, parallel screenings, workshops, concerts, performances, exhibitions, and many other activities, all revolving around this year's theme, Skincare: I Want Beautiful Skin: a provocation; a concept that at first glance seems superficial transforms to open vast horizons of meaning, digging into the depths of the human being through that place of contact and separation where the signs of our existence become visible.
Contemporary cinema will guide us through the obsession with social filters in adolescence, a mirror of the myth of appearance, and the taboo of aging in a society in search of eternal youth. But the surface also tells deeper stories: those of the stigmas and prejudices related to racism that lazily stop at appearances, or those of gender transitions, where the body ceases to be a prison and the skin becomes the space to manifest one's authentic identity.
Das dem Kino- und Dokumentarfilm gewidmete Festival Bridge Film Festival kehrt zur 13. Ausgabe an die ikonischen Orte des letzten Jahres zurück.
Vom 7. bis 12. Juli werden die Standorte der alten Zollgebäude am Fluss und im Viertel Filippini mit einzigartigen Initiativen belebt, die auch das Viertel Filippini einbeziehen.
Neben den Filmen umfasst das Programm Begegnungen mit Regisseuren und internationalen Gästen, Parallelvorführungen, Workshops, Konzerte, Performances, Ausstellungen und viele andere Aktivitäten, die sich um das Thema dieses Jahres entwickeln: Hautpflege: ich will eine strahlende Haut: eine Provokation; ein auf den ersten Blick oberflächliches Konzept verwandelt sich, um weite Sinnhorizonte zu eröffnen, indem es in die Tiefen des Menschen eintaucht, durch jenen Ort der Berührung und Trennung, an dem die Zeichen unseres Seins sichtbar werden.
Das zeitgenössische Kino wird uns durch die Besessenheit für soziale Filter in der Jugend führen, ein Spiegel des Mythos des Erscheinens, und das Tabu des Alterns in einer Gesellschaft, die nach ewiger Jugend strebt. Doch die Oberfläche erzählt auch tiefere Geschichten: die der Stigmen und Vorurteile, die mit Rassismus verbunden sind, die träge an der Erscheinung haften bleiben, oder die der Geschlechtsübergänge, wo der Körper aufhört, ein Gefängnis zu sein, und die Haut zu dem Raum wird, um die eigene authentische Identität auszudrücken.
