Sabato 13 giugno la storica Loggia dei Cavalieri ospita SCOOP!, la grande festa dedicata al mondo della cooperazione e alle eccellenze agroalimentari del territorio, promossa da Confcooperative Belluno e Treviso.
Dalle 10.00 alle 14.30 il centro di Treviso si anima con incontri, dialoghi, degustazioni e racconti che celebrano un modello d’impresa capace di coniugare qualità, sostenibilità, innovazione e attenzione alle persone. Protagoniste della giornata sono le cooperative bellunesi e trevigiane, eccellenze riconosciute anche oltre i confini regionali, pronte a portare al pubblico prodotti, storie e tradizioni legate ai territori e alle filiere locali.
La giornata si apre alle ore 10.00 con “Pronti, Partenza, Scoop!”, dando il via a un percorso di incontri e approfondimenti sul ruolo di istituzioni e cooperative nella tutela del settore agroalimentare. A seguire si discute sulle denominazioni DOC e DOCG come strumenti di valorizzazione dei territori, per concludere alle 12.30 con un focus dedicato al latte, tra qualità per i consumatori e giusto riconoscimento per i produttori. Per tutta la giornata è inoltre possibile vivere gli “Itinerari del gusto” e visitare il corner solidale a sostegno dei progetti della Fondazione Caritas Treviso.
Saturday, June 13 the historic Loggia dei Cavalieri hosts SCOOP!, the grand festival dedicated to the world of cooperation and the agri-food excellences of the area, promoted by Confcooperative Belluno and Treviso.
From 10.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. the center of Treviso comes alive with meetings, dialogues, tastings, and stories that celebrate a business model capable of combining quality, sustainability, innovation, and attention to people. The protagonists of the day are the Belluno and Treviso cooperatives, recognized excellences even beyond regional borders, ready to showcase to the public products, stories, and traditions linked to the territories and local supply chains.
The day opens at 10.00 a.m. with “Ready, Set, Scoop!”, kicking off a series of meetings and discussions on the role of institutions and cooperatives in the protection of the agri-food sector. Following this, there will be discussions on DOC and DOCG designations as tools for enhancing local areas, concluding at 12.30 p.m. with a focus on milk, covering quality for consumers and fair recognition for producers. Throughout the day, it is also possible to experience the “Gastronomic Itineraries” and visit the solidarity corner in support of the projects of the Caritas Treviso Foundation.
Samstag, 13. Juni beherbergt die historische Loggia dei Cavalieri SCOOP!, das große Fest, das der Welt der Kooperation und den agroalimentären Exzellenzen der Region gewidmet ist, organisiert von Confcooperative Belluno und Treviso.
Von 10.00 bis 14.30 belebt sich das Zentrum von Treviso mit Treffen, Gesprächen, Verkostungen und Erzählungen , die ein Geschäftsmodell feiern, das Qualität, Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation und Aufmerksamkeit für die Menschen verbindet. Die Hauptakteure des Tages sind die Belluneser und Trevisaner Genossenschaften, anerkannte Exzellenzen, die auch über die regionalen Grenzen hinaus bekannt sind, bereit, dem Publikum Produkte, Geschichten und Traditionen, die mit den Gebieten und den lokalen Lieferketten verbunden sind, zu präsentieren.
Der Tag beginnt um 10.00 mit “Bereit, Fertig, Scoop!”, das den Start eines Weges von Begegnungen und vertiefenden Gesprächen über die Rolle von Institutionen und Genossenschaften in der Förderung des agroalimentären Sektors markiert. Danach wird über die DOC- und DOCG-Bezeichnungen als Instrumente zur Aufwertung der Gebiete diskutiert, um um 12.30 mit einem Fokus auf Milch abzuschließen, der Qualität für die Verbraucher und angemessene Anerkennung für die Produzenten thematisiert. Den ganzen Tag über ist es zudem möglich, die “Gourmet-Routen” zu erleben und den Solidaritätsstand zur Unterstützung der Projekte der Caritas-Stiftung Treviso zu besuchen.
