La rassegna Sile Jazz prosegue giovedì 16 luglio alle ore 21:00 con il concerto dell'Ornetrio Tangheri e i Lestofanti della 19F.
Pubblicato da nusica.org nel 2026, Face of the Bass Clef nasce da una ricerca musicale avviata da Paolo Jus attorno al repertorio di Ornette Coleman, affrontato non come semplice omaggio ma come materiale da rimettere in gioco attraverso scrittura e improvvisazione. Il trio formato da basso, violoncello e sax tenore sviluppa così un linguaggio essenziale e compatto, costruito attorno a un baricentro timbrico nel registro grave e a un continuo dialogo tra libertà improvvisativa e rigore cameristico.

Dal 5 giugno al 25 luglio, la nuova edizione di Sile Jazz – Altri Argini trasforma le province di Treviso e Venezia in un grande teatro diffuso, dove la musica si spinge oltre i confini tradizionali attraverso 20 concerti in luoghi del tutto insoliti.
Sotto la direzione artistica di Alessandro Fedrigo per nusica.org, il festival tesse una trama di jazz contemporaneo europeo, muovendosi con audacia tra scrittura, sperimentazione ed elettronica.

Published by nusica.org in 2026, Face of the Bass Clef is born from a musical research initiated by Paolo Jus around the repertoire of Ornette Coleman, approached not merely as a tribute but as material to be reinterpreted through writing and improvisation. The trio formed by bass, cello, and tenor sax develops an essential and compact language, constructed around a timbral center of gravity in the low register and a continuous dialogue between improvisational freedom and chamber rigor.

From June 5 to July 25, the new edition of Sile Jazz – Altri Argini transforms the provinces of Treviso and Venice into a large diffused theater, where music pushes beyond traditional boundaries through 20 concerts in completely unusual locations.
Under the artistic direction of Alessandro Fedrigo for nusica.org, the festival weaves a narrative of contemporary European jazz, moving boldly between writing, experimentation, and electronics.

Veröffentlicht von nusica.org im Jahr 2026, Face of the Bass Clef entsteht aus einer musikalischen Forschung, die von Paolo Jus rund um das Repertoire von Ornette Coleman initiiert wurde, nicht als einfaches Tribut, sondern als Material, das durch Schreiben und Improvisation neu interpretiert werden soll. Das Trio, bestehend aus Kontrabass, Cello und Tenorsaxophon, entwickelt somit eine wesentliche und kompakte Sprache, die sich um einen klanglichen Schwerpunkt im tiefen Register und einen kontinuierlichen Dialog zwischen improvisatorischer Freiheit und kammermusikalischer Strenge dreht.
