Torna anche quest'anno la tradizionale Sagra di San Matteo a Riese Pio X!
Dal 12 al 14, il 17, e dal 19 al 21 settembre, due weekend all'insegna del divertimento: tra le note delle band musicali, un ricco stand enogastronomico per deliziare i vostri palati con una selezione di formaggi e salumi di musso e non solo, l'enoteca con una vasta selezione di vini locali di qualità da abbinare alla cena, oltre alla tradizionale pesca di beneficenza.
Mercoledì 17 alle 20:30 si terrà la cena di musso, il menù è ricchissimo: salame d'asino scottato con cipolla caramellata e polenta morbida, carne salada affumicata con rucola e scaglie di grana, lasagna con ragù d'asino e porcini, risotto con bocconcini d'asino e raboso, tagliata d'asino con patate al forno, polpettone d'asino e mortadella con misto funghi.
Vino e acqua sono compresi nel prezzo.

The traditional San Matteo Festival is back this year in Riese Pio X!
From September 12 to 14, on the 17th, and from September 19 to 21, two weekends filled with fun: featuring music from various bands, a rich food and wine stand to delight your taste buds with a selection of donkey cheeses and cured meats, an enoteca with a wide selection of quality local wines to pair with dinner, as well as the traditional charity raffle.
On Wednesday the 17th at 8:30 PM, there will be a donkey dinner, and the menu is abundant: seared donkey salami with caramelized onions and soft polenta, smoked beef salami with arugula and shavings of grana, lasagna with donkey ragù and porcini mushrooms, risotto with chunks of donkey and raboso wine, sliced donkey meat with baked potatoes, donkey meatloaf, and mortadella with mixed mushrooms.
Wine and water are included in the price.

Vom 12. bis 14., am 17. und vom 19. bis 21. September erleben Sie zwei Wochenenden voller Spaß: zwischen den Klängen der Musikbands, einem reichhaltigen gastronomischen Stand, der Ihre Gaumen mit einer Auswahl an Muschel- und anderen Käsesorten sowie Wurstwaren verwöhnt, dem Weinhaus mit einer großen Auswahl an hochwertigen lokalen Weinen zur Begleitung Ihres Abendessens, sowie der traditionellen Wohltätigkeitslotterie.
Am Mittwoch, dem 17. um 20:30 Uhr, findet das Muschel-Dinner statt, das Menü ist äußerst reichhaltig: angebratene Eselssalami mit karamellisierten Zwiebeln und weichem Polenta, geräuchertes Fleischsalat mit Rucola und Grana-Spänen, Lasagne mit Eselragout und Steinpilzen, Risotto mit Eselstückchen und Raboso, Eselsteak mit Ofenkartoffeln, Eselbraten und Mortadella mit Pilzmischung.
Wein und Wasser sind im Preis inbegriffen.
