Cammineremo tra boschi e filari dorati attraverso alcuni degli scorci più suggestivi delle colline del Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. Attenderemo che il sole cominci a sfiorare l’orizzonte, trasformando il paesaggio in una poesia fatta di linee morbide e colori cangianti.
Saliremo e scenderemo lungo dolci pendii che raccontano la storia di generazioni di vignaioli, fino a raggiungere una delle più antiche cantine della zona, un luogo in cui il tempo sembra essersi fermato. È qui che si custodisce un tesoro del territorio: il Verdiso, antica varietà autoctona, salvata e valorizzata grazie alla passione e alla dedizione di chi ancora oggi la coltiva.Per chi lo desidera concluderemo qui la nostra escursione con due calici di vino e un accompagnamento salato che esalta i sapori autentici di questa terra.

We will walk through woods and golden rows amidst some of the most evocative views of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene hills. We will wait for the sun to start brushing the horizon, transforming the landscape into a poem made of soft lines and changing colors.
We will ascend and descend along gentle slopes that tell the story of generations of winemakers, until we reach one of the oldest wineries in the area, a place where time seems to have stood still. It is here that a treasure of the territory is kept: Verdiso, an ancient native variety, rescued and enhanced thanks to the passion and dedication of those who still cultivate it today. For those who wish, we will conclude our excursion here with two glasses of wine and a savory accompaniment that enhances the authentic flavors of this land.

Wir werden durch Wälder und goldene Weinreben wandern und dabei einige der beeindruckendsten Ausblicke der Hügel von Conegliano-Valdobbiadene erleben. Wir werden darauf warten, dass die Sonne beginnt, den Horizont zu streifen und die Landschaft in ein Gedicht aus sanften Linien und schimmernden Farben verwandelt.
Wir werden sanfte Hänge hinauf- und hinuntersteigen, die die Geschichte von Generationen von Winzern erzählen, bis wir eine der ältesten Kellereien der Region erreichen, einen Ort, an dem die Zeit stillzustehen scheint. Hier wird ein Schatz der Region bewahrt: der Verdiso, eine alte, einheimische Rebsorte, die durch die Leidenschaft und Hingabe derjenigen, die sie heute noch anbauen, gerettet und aufgewertet wurde.
