Questa manifestazione, cresciuta nel corso delle sei precedenti edizioni, rappresenta un’importante occasione per riscoprire e valorizzare il patrimonio storico, le antiche tradizioni agricole, riportando in vita i mestieri che caratterizzavano la vita rurale del nostro territorio.

Una rievocazione che non vuole essere solo un tributo al passato, ma anche un’opportunità per riflettere sul valore della terra, sull’importanza di tramandare alle nuove generazioni il sapere e le pratiche legate alla nostra cultura agricola e alimentare. Villa Borromeo, una delle rare ville venete del XV secolo oggi esistenti, è un esempio perfetto di villa-fattoria, unisce eleganza architettonica e funzionalità agricola, incarnando l’ideale rinascimentale di armonia tra uomo e natura.

PROGRAMMA

Attività di Rievocazione Storica “dal campo alla tavola” domenica 14 settembre 2025

si terranno numerose attività didattiche e dimostrative che offriranno ai partecipanti - bambini e adulti - un’esperienza immersiva attraverso un percorso interattivo “dal campo alla tavola”.

• Il ciclo del grano e della trebbiatura con la storica trebbiatrice Marshall, simbolo della meccanizzazione agricola di fine Ottocento;

• la macina della farina, la lavorazione del granturco da parte dei bambini, la sgranatura del grano con la macina a pietra...e poi una sorpresa: la polenta con il filo!

• la pigiatura dell’uva fatta con i piedi da parte dei bambini e degli adulti e la successiva torchiatura del mosto d’uva; 2

• la mungitura manuale delle mucche e la preparazione della “tosella”, il formaggio fresco ricavato dal latte vaccino crudo; Attività informative, laboratori e giochi

• “DAL LATTE AL BURRO” piccola mostra di strumenti antichi per la produzione del burro

• “IL MONDO DELLE API – piccoli custodi della natura” esposizione per scoprire l’importanza delle api e trasmettere ai più piccoli il valore prezioso del loro lavoro

• COLTIVARE CONDIVIDENDO”, Rete Semi Rurali, con Tiziano Fantinel l’Associazione si dedica dal 2008 al recupero, alla classificazione, alla coltivazione, al miglioramento genetico in campo e alla donazione delle varietà antiche, tradizionali e riproducibili con la finalità di salvare e diffondere la biodiversità.

• “COME UNA VOLTA – MESTIERI E ANGOLI DI VITA CONTADINA” ricostruzione di angoli rustici e antichi mestieri, per far rivivere il lavoro nei campi e nelle botteghe di una volta in collaborazione con Mario e Teresa Carraro, Proloco di Saccolongo (Pd)

• “MANI E MENTI IN GIOCO”, LA MAGIA DEI GIOCHI IN LEGNO DI UNA VOLTA giochi ideati dagli amici Geppetti per un giorno, con Claudia e Claudio Castegnaro di Grantorto.

• “TRA NUVOLE DI LANA CON DANIELA” laboratorio di lana cardata per piccole mani curiose con Daniela Dalla Valle

• “COLORI DI UN TEMPO FELICE” laboratorio di disegno per bambini, un tuffo nei colori della festa

• MOSTRA FOTOGRAFICA: “CUSTODI DELLA TERRA”, immagini della storia del lavoro agricolo a San Giorgio in Brenta di Simone Menara, Este (Pd)

• MOSTRA ARTISTICA: “DAME D’OMBRA E DI LUCE”, le creazioni raccontano l’anima delle nobildonne venete di Monia Niero, Mira (Ve)

• MOSTRA “IN MINIATURA, LA VITA NEI CAMPI”, un viaggio tra piccole opere d’arte che raccontano il mondo contadino: i modellini - realizzati da Alessandro Sarto e Filippo Bisello - riproducono con [...]

This event, which has grown over the course of the six previous editions, represents an important opportunity to rediscover and enhance the historical heritage, the ancient agricultural traditions, bringing to life the trades that characterized the rural life of our territory.

A reenactment that does not only want to pay tribute to the past but also serves as an opportunity to reflect on the value of land, on the importance of passing down to new generations the knowledge and practices related to our agricultural and food culture. Villa Borromeo, one of the rare surviving Venetian villas from the 15th century, is a perfect example of a villa-farm, combining architectural elegance with agricultural functionality, embodying the Renaissance ideal of harmony between man and nature.

PROGRAM

Historical Reenactment Activity “from the field to the table” Sunday, September 14, 2025

Numerous educational and demonstrative activities will take place, offering participants - children and adults - an immersive experience through an interactive path “from the field to the table”.

• The cycle of wheat and threshing with the historic Marshall thresher, a symbol of agricultural mechanization from the late 1800s;

• the milling of flour, the processing of corn by children, the shelling of wheat with the stone mill... and then a surprise: polenta served with cheese!

• the foot pressing of grapes by children and adults, followed by the pressing of the grape must;

• the manual milking of cows and the preparation of “tosella”, the fresh cheese obtained from raw cow's milk;

Informative activities, workshops, and games

• “FROM MILK TO BUTTER” small exhibition of ancient tools for butter production

• “THE WORLD OF BEES – little guardians of nature” an exhibition to discover the importance of bees and to convey to the little ones the precious value of their work

• “SHARING THROUGH CULTIVATION”, Rural Seed Network, with Tiziano Fantinel the Association has been dedicated since 2008 to the recovery, classification, cultivation, genetic improvement in the field, and donation of ancient, traditional, and reproducible varieties to save and spread biodiversity.

• “LIKE ONCE – TRADES AND CORNERS OF FARM LIFE” reconstruction of rustic corners and ancient trades, to bring back to life the work in the fields and in the workshops of the past in collaboration with Mario and Teresa Carraro, Proloco di Saccolongo (Pd)

• “HANDS AND MINDS AT PLAY”, THE MAGIC OF TRADITIONAL WOODEN GAMES games created by friends Geppetti for a day, with Claudia and Claudio Castegnaro of Grantorto.

• “AMONG WOOL CLOUDS WITH DANIELA” felt wool workshop for curious little hands with Daniela Dalla Valle

• “COLORS OF A HAPPY TIME” drawing workshop for children, a dive into the colors of the celebration

• ARTISTIC EXHIBITION: “SHADOW AND LIGHT LADIES”, the creations tell the soul of the Venetian noblewomen by Monia Niero, Mira (Ve)

• EXHIBITION “IN MINIATURE, LIFE IN THE FIELDS”, a journey through small works of art that tell the peasant world: the models - created by Alessandro Sarto and Filippo Bisello - reproduce with extraordinary precision tractors, threshers, and agricultural tools.

Diese Veranstaltung, die in den letzten sechs Ausgaben gewachsen ist, stellt eine wichtige Gelegenheit dar, um das historische Erbe und die alten landwirtschaftlichen Traditionen wiederzuentdecken und die Berufe, die das ländliche Leben in unserer Region prägten, zum Leben zu erwecken.

Eine Nachstellung, die nicht nur ein Tribut an die Vergangenheit sein will, sondern auch eine Gelegenheit, über den Wert des Landes und die Bedeutung der Weitergabe von Wissen und Praktiken im Zusammenhang mit unserer landwirtschaftlichen und kulinarischen Kultur an die neuen Generationen nachzudenken. Villa Borromeo, eine der wenigen noch existierenden Villen der venetischen Renaissance aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, ist ein perfektes Beispiel für eine Villa-Bauernhof, die architektonische Eleganz und landwirtschaftliche Funktionalität vereint und das idealistische Renaissanceideal der Harmonie zwischen Mensch und Natur verkörpert.

PROGRAMM

Aktivitäten der historischen Nachstellung “vom Feld auf den Tisch” am Sonntag, den 14. September 2025

Es werden zahlreiche lehrreiche und demonstrative Aktivitäten stattfinden, die den Teilnehmern - Kindern und Erwachsenen - ein immersives Erlebnis durch einen interaktiven Rundgang “vom Feld auf den Tisch” bieten.

• Der Zyklus des Weizens und die Ernte mit der historischen Erntemaschine Marshall, ein Symbol der landwirtschaftlichen Mechanisierung Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts;

• die Mehlmahlung, die Verarbeitung des Mais durch Kinder, das Dörner des Weizens mit der Steinmühle... und dann eine Überraschung: Polenta mit dem Faden!

• die Weinlese mit den Füßen, durchgeführt von Kindern und Erwachsenen, und das anschließende Pressen des Traubensafts;

• das manuelle Melken der Kühe und die Herstellung der “Tosella”, des frischen Käses aus roher Milch;

• “VOM MILCH ZUM BUTTER” kleine Ausstellung alter Werkzeuge zur Butterherstellung

• “DIE WELT DER BIENEN – kleine Hüter der Natur” Ausstellung, um die Bedeutung der Bienen zu entdecken und den Kleinen den wertvollen Wert ihrer Arbeit zu vermitteln

• “ANBAU DURCH TEILEN”, Netzwerk Semi Rurali, mit Tiziano Fantinel, die Vereinigung widmet sich seit 2008 der Wiederentdeckung, Klassifizierung, Anbau und genetischen Verbesserung im Feld sowie der Spende alter, traditioneller und reproduzierbarer Sorten, um die Biodiversität zu retten und zu verbreiten.

• “WIE FRÜHER – BERUFE UND ECKEN DES LANDLEBENS” Rekonstruktion rustikaler Ecken und alter Berufe, um die Arbeit auf den Feldern und in den Werkstätten vergangener Zeiten zum Leben zu erwecken, in Zusammenarbeit mit Mario und Teresa Carraro, Proloco von Saccolongo (Pd)

• “HÄNDE UND GEISTER IM SPIEL”, DIE MAGIE DER HOLZSPIELE VON FRÜHER, Spiele entworfen von den Freunden Geppetti für einen Tag, mit Claudia und Claudio Castegnaro aus Grantorto.

• “ZWISCHEN WOLKEN AUS WOLLE MIT DANIELA” Workshop mit kardierter Wolle für kleine neugierige Hände mit Daniela Dalla Valle

• “FARBE EINES FRÖHLICHEN MOMENTS” Zeichenworkshop für Kinder, ein Sprung in die Farben des Festes
