Da oltre quindici anni, Una Montagna di Libri trasforma Cortina d'Ampezzo in uno dei più prestigiosi salotti culturali delle Alpi.
Dal 11 luglio a settembre 2026, la 34ª edizione della rassegna porterà nel cuore delle Dolomiti scrittori, giornalisti, filosofi, artisti e protagonisti del pensiero contemporaneo, offrendo al pubblico un viaggio tra letteratura, attualità, storia e grandi temi del nostro tempo.
Con decine di incontri distribuiti nell'arco dell'estate, ogni appuntamento diventa un'occasione per dialogare con autori italiani e internazionali, scoprire nuove prospettive e vivere la cultura in modo diretto e coinvolgente.
A impreziosire il programma, la cerimonia del Premio Cortina d'Ampezzo, dedicato alle opere che meglio raccontano il nostro tempo, insieme a presentazioni, dialoghi e momenti di confronto che rendono ogni incontro un'esperienza unica.
Più di un festival letterario, Una Montagna di Libri è un luogo d'incontro dove le parole si intrecciano con la straordinaria bellezza delle Dolomiti, dando vita a un'estate di emozioni, ispirazione e condivisione.

For over fifteen years, A Mountain of Books has transformed Cortina d'Ampezzo into one of the most prestigious cultural salons in the Alps.
From July 11 to September 2026, the 34th edition of the festival will bring writers, journalists, philosophers, artists, and key figures of contemporary thought to the heart of the Dolomites, offering the audience a journey through literature, current affairs, history, and the great themes of our time.
With dozens of meetings spread throughout the summer, each appointment becomes an opportunity to engage in dialogue with Italian and international authors, explore new perspectives, and experience culture in a direct and engaging way.
Enhancing the program is the ceremony of the Cortina d'Ampezzo Award, dedicated to the works that best depict our time, along with presentations, dialogues, and moments of exchange that make each meeting a unique experience.
More than a literary festival, A Mountain of Books is a meeting place where words intertwine with the extraordinary beauty of the Dolomites, giving life to a summer of emotions, inspiration, and sharing.

Seit über fünfzehn Jahren verwandelt Una Montagna di Libri Cortina d'Ampezzo in eines der prestigeträchtigsten kulturellen Salons der Alpen.
Vom 11. Juli bis September 2026 wird die 34. Ausgabe der Veranstaltung im Herzen der Dolomiten Schriftsteller, Journalisten, Philosophen, Künstler und Protagonisten des zeitgenössischen Denkens versammeln und dem Publikum eine Reise durch Literatur, aktuelle Themen, Geschichte und große Fragen unserer Zeit bieten.
Mit Dutzenden von Treffen, die über den Sommer verteilt sind, wird jeder Termin zu einer Gelegenheit, mit italienischen und internationalen Autoren zu dialogisieren, neue Perspektiven zu entdecken und Kultur auf direkte und mitreißende Weise zu erleben.
Bereichert wird das Programm durch die Zeremonie des Premio Cortina d'Ampezzo, der den Werken gewidmet ist, die unsere Zeit am besten widerspiegeln, zusammen mit Präsentationen, Dialogen und Austauschmomenten, die jedes Treffen zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis machen.
