Il palcoscenico di Piazza Cima si accende, sabato 20 giugno 2026 alle ore 22:30, con il concerto notturno che vede protagonisti The Dixieland Stumblers Quintet e la cantante Chiara De Santi.
L'evento, quinto appuntamento della rassegna "Musica nel paesaggio", propone un viaggio musicale tra swing, ritmo e pura energia, interamente dedicato al jazz degli anni 1920–30, da New Orleans a Chicago. Il pubblico viene trasportato nell’atmosfera vibrante delle origini di questo genere attraverso le grandi composizioni di pietre miliari come Jelly Roll Morton, W. C. Handy, Fats Waller, Duke Ellington e Louis Armstrong. La formazione dei The Dixieland Stumblers vanta un prestigioso riconoscimento internazionale: nel 2016 il loro omonimo CD, edito da Artesuono, riceve la menzione d’onore dalla celebre rivista statunitense NYC Jazz Record di New York.
Sul palco si esibiscono musicisti di grande spessore: Daniele D'Agaro al clarinetto, figura di riferimento nel jazz europeo; Luigi Vitale al vibrafono, raffinato interprete dal tocco elegante; Denis Biason alla chitarra e banjo, profondo conoscitore dello swing; Marzio Tomada al contrabbasso, colonna portante del groove della band; e Maurizio Pagnutti alla batteria, versatile e dinamico. Ospite speciale della serata è Chiara De Santi, cantante dalla voce calda e avvolgente che, con la sua spiccata sensibilità interpretativa, crea un dialogo ricco e coinvolgente con il quintetto.
A differenza degli altri appuntamenti in programma, per questo concerto l'ingresso è libero e senza prenotazione. In caso di maltempo, lo spettacolo si sposta sotto la Loggia del Municipio.

The event, the fifth appointment in the "Music in the Landscape" series, offers a musical journey through swing, rhythm, and pure energy, entirely dedicated to the jazz of the 1920s and 30s, from New Orleans to Chicago. The audience is transported into the vibrant atmosphere of the genre's origins through the great compositions of milestones like Jelly Roll Morton, W. C. Handy, Fats Waller, Duke Ellington, and Louis Armstrong. The ensemble The Dixieland Stumblers boasts a prestigious international recognition: in 2016, their self-titled CD, released by Artesuono, received an honorable mention from the famous American magazine NYC Jazz Record of New York.
On stage, musicians of great caliber perform: Daniele D'Agaro on clarinet, a key figure in European jazz; Luigi Vitale on vibraphone, a refined interpreter with an elegant touch; Denis Biason on guitar and banjo, a deep connoisseur of swing; Marzio Tomada on double bass, the backbone of the band's groove; and Maurizio Pagnutti on drums, versatile and dynamic. The special guest of the evening is Chiara De Santi, a singer with a warm and enveloping voice who, with her distinctive interpretative sensitivity, creates a rich and engaging dialogue with the quintet.
Unlike the other scheduled events, for this concert, admission is free and no reservation is required. In case of bad weather, the show will move under the Loggia of the Town Hall.

Die Veranstaltung, der fünfte Termin der Reihe "Musik in der Landschaft", bietet eine musikalische Reise zwischen Swing, Rhythmus und reiner Energie, die ganz dem Jazz der 1920er und 30er Jahre gewidmet ist, von New Orleans bis Chicago. Das Publikum wird in die vibrierende Atmosphäre der Ursprünge dieses Genres durch die großen Kompositionen von Meilensteinen wie Jelly Roll Morton, W. C. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen geplanten Terminen ist der Eintritt zu diesem Konzert frei und ohne Voranmeldung. Bei schlechtem Wetter wird die Veranstaltung in die Loggia des Rathauses verlegt.
