Dal 13 al 19 luglio, Rifugio Averau invita gli ospiti a vivere un’esperienza sensoriale unica dedicata alle erbe spontanee alpine e ai sapori autentici della montagna.
Per un’intera settimana, la cucina del rifugio propone un esclusivo menù speciale ispirato agli aromi dei pascoli d’alta quota, realizzato in collaborazione con Irene De Pellegrini, esperta conoscitrice della flora alpina e delle proprietà delle erbe di montagna.
Ogni piatto racconta il territorio attraverso profumi, colori e ingredienti spontanei che crescono tra le rocce e i prati delle Dolomiti, trasformando la tradizione culinaria alpina in un viaggio di scoperta e gusto.
La settimana culminerà venerdì 17 luglio con una speciale giornata dedicata alla conoscenza della flora locale, un’esperienza che unirà attività all’aria aperta, natura e gastronomia in uno degli scenari più suggestivi delle Dolomiti.

From July 13 to 19, Rifugio Averau invites guests to experience a unique sensory experience dedicated to alpine wild herbs and the authentic flavors of the mountains.
For an entire week, the refuge's kitchen offers an exclusive special menu inspired by the aromas of high-altitude pastures, created in collaboration with Irene De Pellegrini, an expert connoisseur of alpine flora and the properties of mountain herbs.
Each dish tells the story of the territory through scents, colors, and wild ingredients that grow among the rocks and meadows of the Dolomites, transforming the alpine culinary tradition into a journey of discovery and taste.
The week will culminate on Friday, July 17, with a special day dedicated to understanding the local flora, an experience that will combine outdoor activities, nature, and gastronomy in one of the most picturesque settings of the Dolomites.

Rifugio Averau can be reached:
via the Fedare chairlift from Passo Giau;
on foot from Rifugio Scoiattoli, which is connected to the valley by the 5 Torri chairlift.
Vom 13. bis 19. Juli lädt die Averau-Hütte die Gäste ein, ein einzigartiges sensorisches Erlebnis zu genießen, das den wilden Alpenkräutern und den authentischen Aromen der Berge gewidmet ist.
Eine ganze Woche lang bietet die Küche der Hütte ein exklusives Spezialmenü, das von den Aromen der Hochgebirgsweiden inspiriert ist, erstellt in Zusammenarbeit mit Irene De Pellegrini, einer Expertin für die alpine Flora und die Eigenschaften der Bergkräuter.
Jedes Gericht erzählt das Gebiet durch Düfte, Farben und wilde Zutaten, die zwischen den Felsen und Wiesen der Dolomiten wachsen, und verwandelt die alpine Kochtradition in eine Entdeckungsreise des Geschmacks.
Die Woche kulminiert am Freitag, den 17. Juli, mit einem speziellen Tag, der dem Wissen über die lokale Flora gewidmet ist, eine Erfahrung, die Aktivitäten im Freien, Natur und Gastronomie in einem der beeindruckendsten Szenarien der Dolomiten vereint.
