La rassegna Sile Jazz prosegue sabato 27 giugno alle ore 21:00 con il concerto di Blue Brass e Dean Bowman.
Fondato nel 1986 dal trombonista austriaco Paul Zauner, Blue Brass è un progetto che attraversa spiritual, blues, swing, funk e jazz contemporaneo, ispirandosi anche alla tradizione jazz afroamericana. Nel corso degli anni la formazione ha coinvolto musicisti legati alla Brass Fantasy di Lester Bowie e al World Saxophone Quartet, sviluppando un linguaggio capace di unire energia orchestrale, improvvisazione e radici afroamericane.
Protagonista del concerto sarà la voce di Dean Bowman, figura di riferimento tra gospel, soul, rhythm and blues e jazz, affiancato da musicisti della scena europea e statunitense.

Dal 5 giugno al 25 luglio, la nuova edizione di Sile Jazz – Altri Argini trasforma le province di Treviso e Venezia in un grande teatro diffuso, dove la musica si spinge oltre i confini tradizionali attraverso 20 concerti in luoghi del tutto insoliti.
Sotto la direzione artistica di Alessandro Fedrigo per nusica.org, il festival tesse una trama di jazz contemporaneo europeo, muovendosi con audacia tra scrittura, sperimentazione ed elettronica.

Founded in 1986 by Austrian trombonist Paul Zauner, Blue Brass is a project that encompasses spiritual, blues, swing, funk, and contemporary jazz, drawing inspiration from the Afro-American jazz tradition. Over the years, the ensemble has included musicians connected to Lester Bowie's Brass Fantasy and the World Saxophone Quartet, developing a language that combines orchestral energy, improvisation, and Afro-American roots.
The highlight of the concert will be the voice of Dean Bowman, a key figure in gospel, soul, rhythm and blues, and jazz, accompanied by musicians from the European and American scenes.

From June 5 to July 25, the new edition of Sile Jazz – Altri Argini transforms the provinces of Treviso and Venice into a vast dispersed theater, where music pushes beyond traditional boundaries through 20 concerts in entirely unusual locations.
Under the artistic direction of Alessandro Fedrigo for nusica.org, the festival weaves a tapestry of European contemporary jazz, boldly navigating through writing, experimentation, and electronics.

Die Sile Jazz-Reihe geht am Samstag, den 27. Juni um 21:00 Uhr mit dem Konzert von Blue Brass und Dean Bowmanweiter.
Gegründet 1986 vom österreichischen Posaunisten Paul Zauner, ist Blue Brass ein Projekt, das durch Spiritual, Blues, Swing, Funk und zeitgenössischen Jazzgeht und sich auch an der afroamerikanischen Jazztradition inspiriert. Im Laufe der Jahre hat die Formation Musiker aus der Brass Fantasy von Lester Bowie und dem World Saxophone Quarteteinbezogen und eine Sprache entwickelt, die orchestrale Energie, Improvisation und afroamerikanische Wurzeln vereint.
Hauptakteur des Konzerts wird die Stimme von Dean Bowman sein, eine Schlüsselfigur zwischen Gospel, Soul, Rhythm and Blues und Jazz, unterstützt von Musikern der europäischen und amerikanischen Szene.

Vom 5. Juni bis zum 25. Juli verwandelt die neue Ausgabe von Sile Jazz – Altri Argini die Provinzen Treviso und Venedig in ein großes, weiträumiges Theater, in dem die Musik über die traditionellen Grenzen hinausgeht durch 20 Konzerte an völlig ungewöhnlichen Orten.
Unter der künstlerischen Leitung von Alessandro Fedrigo für nusica.org webt das Festival ein Netzwerk zeitgenössischen europäischen Jazz, das sich mutig zwischen Schreiben, Experimentieren und Elektronik bewegt.
