La rassegna Sile Jazz prosegue venerdì 3 luglio alle ore 16:00 con il concerto di Jessica Cumbe e Edoardo Bressan Duo.
Nato dall’incontro tra la cantante mozambicana Jessica Coumbe e il chitarrista Edoardo Bressan, il duo propone una rilettura personale degli standard jazz e del repertorio di Broadway. La voce di Coumbe, attraversata da sonorità soul e da una forte componente ritmica, si intreccia con la chitarra di Bressan, chitarrista attivo tra jazz e linguaggi contemporanei, attento all’improvvisazione e alla ricerca timbrica. Il risultato è un concerto essenziale e dinamico, costruito sul dialogo tra voce e chitarra, dove tradizione jazzistica e sensibilità contemporanea convivono in modo naturale.

Dal 5 giugno al 25 luglio, la nuova edizione di Sile Jazz – Altri Argini trasforma le province di Treviso e Venezia in un grande teatro diffuso, dove la musica si spinge oltre i confini tradizionali attraverso 20 concerti in luoghi del tutto insoliti.
Sotto la direzione artistica di Alessandro Fedrigo per nusica.org, il festival tesse una trama di jazz contemporaneo europeo, muovendosi con audacia tra scrittura, sperimentazione ed elettronica.

The Sile Jazz review continues on Friday July 3 at 4:00 p.m. with a concert by Jessica Cumbe and Edoardo Bressan Duo.
Born from the meeting between Mozambican singer Jessica Coumbe and guitarist Edoardo Bressan, the duo offers a personal reinterpretation of jazz standards and the Broadway repertoire. Coumbe's voice, infused with soul sounds and a strong rhythmic component, intertwines with Bressan's guitar, a guitarist active between jazz and contemporary languages, attentive to improvisation and tonal research. The result is an essential and dynamic concert, built on the dialogue between voice and guitar, where jazz tradition and contemporary sensitivity coexist naturally.

From June 5 to July 25, the new edition of Sile Jazz – Altri Argini transforms the provinces of Treviso and Venice into a large diffuse theater, where music pushes beyond traditional boundaries through 20 concerts in entirely unusual locations.
Under the artistic direction of Alessandro Fedrigo for nusica.org, the festival weaves a tapestry of European contemporary jazz, boldly moving between composition, experimentation, and electronics.

Die Sile Jazz-Reihe geht am Freitag, den 3. Juli um 16:00 Uhr weiter mit dem Konzert von Jessica Cumbe und dem Edoardo Bressan Duo.
Entstanden aus der Begegnung zwischen der mosambikanischen Sängerin Jessica Coumbe und dem Gitarristen Edoardo Bressan, bietet das Duo eine persönliche Neuinterpretation von Jazzstandards und Broadway-Repertoire. Die Stimme von Coumbe, durchzogen von Soul-Sounds und einer starken rhythmischen Komponente, verschmilzt mit der Gitarre von Bressan, einem Gitarristen, der zwischen Jazz und zeitgenössischen Sprachen aktiv ist und auf Improvisation und klangliche Forschung achtet. Das Ergebnis ist ein essentielles und dynamisches Konzert, das auf dem Dialog zwischen Stimme und Gitarre basiert, wo jazzistische Tradition und zeitgenössisches Empfinden auf natürliche Weise koexistieren.

Unter der künstlerischen Leitung von Alessandro Fedrigo für nusica.org, webt das Festival einen Teppich aus zeitgenössischem europäischem Jazz, der mutig zwischen Komposition, Experimentation und Elektronik navigiert.
