Venerdì 12 giugno il suggestivo Chiostro del Monastero di San Marco a Monteortone, ospiterà il concerto della San Jose Metropolitan Band, prestigiosa formazione musicale proveniente dalla California, in occasione del suo tour italiano.
L’evento è organizzato in collaborazione con il Coro Pueri Cantores del Veneto con l’obiettivo di promuovere lo scambio culturale e il dialogo artistico internazionale, offrendo al pubblico un appuntamento musicale di grande valore e rilevanza.
Fondata nel 1967, la San Jose Metropolitan Band è una delle più longeve e apprezzate formazioni bandistiche della Santa Clara Valley. Composta da oltre cinquanta musicisti provenienti da esperienze e percorsi differenti, l’ensemble promuove da quasi sessant’anni la diffusione della cultura musicale attraverso concerti, attività educative e iniziative rivolte alla comunità.
Il repertorio della band spazia dalla grande letteratura sinfonica per orchestra di fiati alle colonne sonore, dal jazz alla musica contemporanea, proponendo programmi di notevole varietà e qualità artistica. Am Freitag, den 12. Juni, wird der malerische Kreuzgang des Klosters San Marco in Monteortone das Konzert der San Jose Metropolitan Band beherbergen, einer renommierten Musikformation aus Kalifornien, im Rahmen ihrer Italien-Tour.
Die Veranstaltung wird in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Coro Pueri Cantores del Veneto organisiert, mit dem Ziel, den kulturellen Austausch und den internationalen künstlerischen Dialog zu fördern und dem Publikum ein musikalisches Ereignis von großem Wert und Relevanz zu bieten.
